In my humble opinion, Fall is the very best time of year for a wedding...
The colors are beautiful and the air is crisp. There is no fear of wilting hair, runny make up, or sweltering guests. Take a look as some of my favorite finds for this fabulous season.

Give a pumpkin a coat of paint..and you have a whole new look.

Cocktails
Pumpkin Martini...need I say more?
Pumpkin Martini Ingredients
1/2 oz Sylk Cream Liqueur
2 oz vanilla vodka
1/2 oz pumpkin liqueur or pumpkin spice syrup
1 tsp whipped cream
cinnamon stick for garnish
Preparation:
Pour the Sylk Liqueur and vodka into a shaker filled with ice.
Shake well.
Add the pumpkin liqueur or syrup.
Shake again.
Strain into a chilled cocktail.
Top with a teaspoon of whipped cream.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Floating Star Martini
2 oz Bourbon
2 oz Apple Cider
1/2 oz Pomegranate Liqueur
wedge of lime
1 Apple
Star Anise Clove
Lime
Prepare Garnish: slice apple thinly across the apple to reveal the star shaped center.
Place in a bowl of ice water & juice from half a lime. This preserves the white of the apple.
In a cocktail shaker combine the Bourbon, Apple Cider, Pomegranate Liquer and a squeeze of lime wedge over ice. Shake shake shake until mixed.
Pour into martini glasses, float in a slice of apple and a clove of star anise.
Enjoy!
